Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant and model. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career at age 16 when she quit the sport of gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. She began competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after quitting her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. In just one year she obtained her professional license when she was 17. She was the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from stage life after obtaining her Professional Card in order to finish her studies at college. The return to competitive competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she took part in elite competitions such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a few years in the time following her debut and set herself new goals each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009, she became her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was also one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competition to finish her college degree. After earning her IFBB Fitness Pro Card, Ariel was able to make a comeback at the Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. The team finished third in the event. In the summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was satisfied with the results. Ariel was competing against the best of elite athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel is known to be focused on her back. The typical back exercise she does is comprised of bent-over rows, single arm lat pull-downs with a machine. as well as seated rows. Ariel usually starts warming up and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings for all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10--12 repetitions.
